Meet The Fleet Days
We are delighted to offer a number of opportunities to meet with us and see our impressive fleet of yachts and catamarans. Due to Covid all ‘Meet The Fleet Days’ are currently by appointment only. One member of the FlexiSail team will spend an hour with you on one of our spacious catamarans chatting with you and answering any questions you may have about the fleet, membership, ownership or training.
Afterwards you will be free to walk onboard any of our yachts that you would like and see for yourself the fantastic range of yachts we have within the FlexiSail Fleet.
Bespoke Family Trial Sails
Are you interested in membership, but others in your family are unsure about sailing or being on the water? Or maybe you are new to sailing? Or perhaps can’t decide between a monohull or a catamaran – then a trial sail with no obligation could be the way forward. Choose ‘your’ boat which you would like to undertake the trial sail on!
The day will run from 1000 – 1630 and you will spend the day with one of RYA Yachtmaster Instructors who will be in charge of the vessel. The itinerary is for you to choose or leave it up to the instructor to show you areas of interest which is on our sailing doorstep.

Trial Sail Days for you and your family / social bubble
Monday to Friday – 32ft, 34ft, 35ft – £395 incl. VAT
Saturday & Sunday – 32ft, 34ft, 35ft – £545 incl. VAT
Monday to Friday – 37ft, 40ft & Catamarans – £445 incl. VAT
Saturday & Sunday – 37ft, 40ft & Catamarans – £595 incl. VAT
The boring but important bit!
- Adult Life Jackets are provided. Those bringing along children will need to provide a child Lifejacket
- Everyone must bring along warm clothing, a rainproof jacket, non slip shoes – no high / block heels – trainers / deck shoes are fine.
- There will be a responsibility waiver to sign prior to your day on the water.
- Cancellation T&C’s apply for those making the booking – ask the office for details. Should FlexiSail cancel for any reason such as unsuitable weather, transfer to an alternative date (subject to availability) or a full refund will be arranged.

Saturday 10th October - Sunday 18th October, 10.30 – 17.30 hrs

FlexiSail are delighted to announce they will be attending the Swanwick Used Boat Show which is based at Swanwick Premier Marina, the home of the FlexiSail Hamble River Fleet. This free to visit show enables you to come and visit some of our stunning yachts and have a chat with the FlexiSail team – look out for the red FlexiSail flags!

A chance to see our new Jeanneau 349 Lifting Keel yacht, Réjane Rose, permanently based in Woolverstone Marina set in beautiful parkland fronting the river bank.

We will be exhibiting at the Poole Boat Show with a brand new Jeanneau. We will be on the water in the marina, so just look out for our long mast head red flags!

Catamarans did not cross my mind until your Open Day, I had come for something like Sailfin (Oceanis 43 monohull) that I used to be a member on. What sold me was the segregated “ground floor,” “passenger” daytime accommodation that is great for the less agile. Loads of indoor light, comfort and space all in complete safety. With the sailing activity completely separate up on deck, nobody (including the mobility challenged) can be inadvertently sitting in the way of operations. Melodie is a boat that can one day be a caravan break, pootling sedately around the river with my disabled lad, and the next provide exciting coastal sailing for me. Vivien, the land lubber, likes the fact that it will never heel and spill her wine!
