FlexiSail wins 2016 Customer Service Award

We are absolutely thrilled to share with you that FlexiSail have won the British Marine Leisure Boating Customer Service Award 2016.

This prestigious industry award was created to highlight excellence in customer service amongst all the members of the British Marine Leisure Boating Association. The judges were looking at many different areas but mainly customer care and customer experience.

The judging panel have told us that they were particularly impressed with our attention to detail and our willingness to go the extra mile to ensure each experience is enjoyable and unique for our members.

It was an extremely close competition with fellow finalists, BC Boat Management and Rockley Watersports Ltd, making the judges’ job a difficult task.

Richard and Sue accepted the Award on behalf of the FlexiSail team during the Marine Trade Association awards evening, at Gauchos, during the London Boat Show.

Richard is delighted that FlexiSail have been recognised in such a way. “We are thrilled to have been selected for this honour. We have worked hard over the years to look after our members and owners making sure that they benefit from our friendly and efficient approach.  We aim to add value ensuring that they come away from their sailing experiences with many happy memories.”
