FlexiSail ‘Tides Reach’ Newsletter December 2018

At FlexiSail we have had a very busy year working tirelessly to make your membership experience even better. We have continued to develop the iBosun, which will soon give you the ability to make and manage your bookings easily on your smart phone. We have updated our phone and CRM systems in-house, and we are shortly going to launch a new FlexiSail Training website this side of Xmas, which will make booking onto courses a complete doddle! We have also launched a completely new FlexiSail main website, which seems to be very well received by all who visit the site. Our Social events have continued to grow with typically 50 to 80 members joining in. Meanwhile our Ski Trip has grown to 36 participants for 2019, and our summer flotillas attracting 6 to 8 yachts, which is also the maximum that we can lead. Member retention is vital to our success.
