The boat is purchased by a member and added to the fleet. We give a 5% annual return on the investment as well as providing all berthing, insurance and maintenance on the boats. The owner/member removes all costs associated with boat ownership and still enjoys time on the water with our top level membership package provided on the boat allowing up to 66 days per year use.
