FlexiSail Ski Trip

17th - 24th March, 2012

Chalet Hotel St Christoph, St Christoph-am-Arlberg, Austria

Following on from the very successful FlexiSail ski trip to Vaujany in March this year, we are really excited about the next one to St Christoph in Austria, part of the massive Arlberg ski area with St Anton, Stuben, Zurs and Lech included on the ski pass.

Annual Summer Social Weekend

23rd - 24th June, 2012

Due to the success of previous Summer Socials, we will again be organising ‘Beat the Buoys’, which is not a race but a day of fun in the Solent with the boats from both Hamble and Lymington.

From 4.00 pm onwards all the Hamble yachts raft up at Lymington Yacht Haven Marina after the sailing event. There is then time to relax with drinks (‘bubbly’ provided by us) before walking 5 minutes away to the Royal Lymington Yacht Club for drinks and a 3 course dinner, followed by prize giving.

Round the Island Race

29th June - 1st July, 2012

Again, we will be offering members 5 places on ‘Zanzara’, Nick Gale’s One Design Sigma 38, which will include a practise day on the Friday and the race on the Saturday.

FlexiSail Rally to the West Country

Thursday evening 5th July to Sunday evening 8th July, 2012

For the last three years we have organised very successful FlexiSail flotillas across the Channel to Cherbourg and St Vaast. This year we have decided to do something different and will be organising a FlexiSail rally to the West Country.

Cowes Fireworks

12th August, 2012

As we have successfully done for the last 3 years we have booked our 43’ and two 40’s from Hamble. We will sail to a safe anchorage near Cowes and after dinner onboard we will watch the spectacular firework display that is put on every year to celebrate the end of Cowes Week.

Cowes Week

11th - 18th August, 2012

As this year, Zanzara, Sigma 38, will have two spaces available each day for members to come and join in this exciting adrenalin one design racing. Nick Gale will be the professional skipper and members can come for just a single day, or any combination of days as suits them.

Flotilla to Southern Croatia

25th August - 1st September, 2012

Following on from our fantastic flotilla in August 2011 to Croatia, we are going further south and will charter from Dubrovnik and sail around the islands as far as Korcula.

We take over the whole of Lanes Restaurant in Lymington for this very popular festive gathering.
